Well it’s finally here, and we’ve got an unboxing video for you at the bottom. The Touch Pro2 is quite a bit thinner than its’ predecessors, the TyTN II and the old Touch Pro, although the screen doesn’t

tilt to the same extreme degree as the older devices, either (I find this to be a plus, although some others may disagree). It’s just amazing how sophisticated and easy to use the interface feels considering the fact that it’s running Windows Mobile 6.1 underneath, truly impressive. I should also note that the screen is very

sensitive, just like the Diamond2. How about specs? Well, it’s sporting a 528MHz processor (Qualcomm) with a 512MB ROM and 288MB of RAM, plus a FM radio, aGPS, a light sensor, WiFi, an accelerometer, and HSDPA (though not for the U.S.). The screen is a formidable 3.6″ at 800×480 resolution, which is the highest resolution Win Mobile will support. It ships with the 6.1 version of Windows, but you can upgrade it for free to WinMobile 6.5 in a couple of months when it’s released. Right now the Touch 2 is only available to Vodafone customers in the U.K. (just released there a few days ago), but it should make its’ way to the U.S. soon.
